Cultivated since the 13th century, made from Rebula ( Ribolla in Italian ). This Rebula has an intense nose of black berries and gooseberry, hints of pineapple and oak. Very dry with mild tannnes. GReat to drink now. Even better in the next 10 years !

Fermatation
Fermented in steel tanks on the skin, then riped for 18 months on slavonian oak on its own natural yeasts. After bottling it rests fro 4 months on the side.
